- Press shift, command, and 4 all at once to capture a portion of the screen
- Drag crosshair to choose the portion you want to save
- Press and hold the space bar to save the image
- Click the thumbnail at the corner of your window to edit what you have captured or
- Hold old for a few seconds to save on the desktop.
How to Get a Screenshot on an Android
- Open the window you want and press the power and volume down button together at once or
- Hold the key and the power for seconds and tap the copy
- See the copy on the top or the bottom side of your window
- The images you capture will appear on the phone’s photo app
- Tap the library to see your images or share the screen you have captured by tapping the share button and forward to whomever you want to share it with
You can also edit before sharing by pressing the edit screen button.
How to take a Screenshot on an iPhone
To take a screenshot on your iPhone, you need to press the side button and the Home Button at the same time and release the buttons immediately.
- The thumbnail will be on the lower-left corner of the iPhone screen
- Tap the thumbnail to open or swipe it to the left to discard
- If your model has a touch ID and a top button, you need to press the top pin and the home key at once
- Release the keys immediately and find a temporary thumbnail at the lower-left corner of your window
- Tap it to open or swipe to the left to discard it
